5-Year Casana Furniture Warranty
Warranty overview
Our five-year structural warranty covers qualifying structural faults that arise under normal indoor use within five years from the date of delivery. It applies to furniture purchased directly from Casana Interiors only.
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 continue to apply and always take priority where relevant.
What does the 5-year structural warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that affect the structural integrity of the furniture. This typically includes frames, key joints, load-bearing components and essential fixings that impact stability.
If a qualifying structural fault is identified, we may offer a repair, replacement part, replacement product, or a proportionate refund where repair or replacement is not possible. Where consumer law provides a stronger or more appropriate remedy, that remedy will apply.
What isn’t covered by the warranty?
The warranty does not cover cosmetic changes, normal wear and tear, or changes that occur through everyday use over time. This includes upholstery ageing, cushion softening, fabric pilling, fading, creasing or staining.
It also excludes damage caused by misuse, accidental impact, incorrect assembly, unauthorised repairs or alterations, environmental conditions such as excess heat or moisture, and natural material variation that does not affect structural performance.
These exclusions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
How do I make a warranty claim?
If you believe your furniture has developed a structural fault within the warranty period, please contact us at contact@casanainteriors.co.uk.
Please include your order number, product details and a clear description of the issue. We will confirm whether the issue is covered under this warranty or your statutory rights, and explain the next steps.
How does this warranty relate to my legal rights?
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unchanged. Furniture must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described, and last a reasonable length of time.
Where there is any difference between this warranty and your statutory rights, your statutory rights always take precedence. For issues arising shortly after delivery, our Returns & Refunds Policy may be the most appropriate route.
Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights. Where permitted by law, liability under this warranty will not normally exceed the original purchase price of the item.
Who is covered by the warranty?
The warranty applies to the original purchaser of Casana furniture bought directly from us and delivered to a UK address. It applies at the original delivery location and is not automatically transferable if an item is resold or relocated, unless agreed by us in writing.
What information may be needed to assess a claim?
To review a warranty claim fairly, we may ask for proof of purchase, photographs or video of the issue, and details of how and where the furniture has been used.
For complex cases, an inspection by an approved technician or independent assessor may be required. We may ask that the item is not used if continued use could worsen the issue.
